§1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "616jli," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 616jli platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services to Filipino players under applicable Philippine regulations.
• "Platform" means the 616jli website accessible at https://616jli.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 616jli platform in any capacity.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a player's account as part of a 616jli promotion, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.

§2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 616jli account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

§3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 616jli platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the legal minimum age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulations.
2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any undisclosed third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 616jli or any of its affiliated entities, and you are not an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the 616jli responsible gaming tools or imposed by any gaming regulatory authority with jurisdiction over your activity.

616jli implements age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance program. You may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and payment method verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your account lifecycle.

If at any point 616jli determines that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this clause, 616jli reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void any pending bets or games, and withhold any balances pending investigation, subject to applicable law.

§4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 616jli services, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details change.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 616jli platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 616jli employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Balances may be withheld pending investigation into potential bonus abuse or fraudulent conduct.
• The player's primary account may also be permanently suspended at 616jli's discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — matches the identity documents you will be required to present during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

§5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 616jli account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including 616jli staff. 616jli will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication features as an additional layer of account security.
• Notify 616jli customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

616jli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying 616jli of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless and until you can demonstrate otherwise to 616jli's reasonable satisfaction.

§6 Deposits & Withdrawals

616jli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions on the 616jli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. 616jli does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed identity and payment verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until all required documents have been reviewed and approved. 616jli processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two banking days.

616jli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier section of the platform.

§7 Bonuses & Promotions

616jli offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry of this time limit will be forfeited without notice.

• 616jli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress for a player at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct that 616jli determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

§8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 616jli platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly state otherwise.

616jli uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via video stream. 616jli does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 616jli reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous displayed outcome, the result shall be void and the wager returned. 616jli's decision in relation to the settlement of game outcomes affected by technical issues is final.

Maximum win limits per spin, round, or bet may apply on certain games and are disclosed within the relevant game rules. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum win limit will be capped at that limit regardless of the displayed outcome.

§9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 616jli platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.

• Allowing any other person — including a minor — to use your account.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 616jli platform — including but not limited to the 616jli brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, audio, and video materials — is the property of 616jli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 616jli platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 616jli content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software.
• Use any 616jli trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an association with 616jli without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any content on the 616jli platform on any other website or digital interface.

Any unauthorised use of 616jli intellectual property may give rise to legal action. 616jli reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

§11 Responsible Gaming

616jli is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviour among all of its players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

§12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 616jli and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 616jli platform, even if 616jli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

616jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 616jli account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

616jli makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 616jli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 616jli's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

§13 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 616jli account by contacting customer support. Subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal requests and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method upon account closure.

616jli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Required KYC or verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time of request.
• The account has been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 616jli will make reasonable attempts to contact the player before any dormancy policy is applied to account funds.
• 616jli is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

Upon account termination by 616jli for cause (i.e., due to a material breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct), any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation, applicable regulatory requirements, and deduction of any amounts owed by you to 616jli.

§14 Amendments to These Terms

616jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued access to or use of the 616jli platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

§15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 616jli, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 616jli customer support. 616jli will endeavour to respond to and resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Players who believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly may also escalate their complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines in accordance with applicable regulations.
